Yes, a sample fee is required for prototyping, and the price depends on the design. Prototyping takes approximately 10 days. For full-service custom DIY systems and orders of 200 pieces or more, the sample fee will be fully refunded upon order completion.

The minimum order quantity is 5 pieces. The minimum order quantity for a fully customized DIY system is 30 pieces.

This is perfectly normal, because manual measurement and cutting, plus the fabric’s elasticity, will always result in slight differences for the same size. Our acceptable range is within +/- 2cm.

Yes, it’s possible. Since the net value is difficult to measure, you are welcome to contact our sales team to borrow samples. The deposit for borrowing samples is $100-200 per sample, and the deposit will be fully refunded when the sample is returned.

All our garments undergo a washing process, pre-washing at least 2-3 times, so they generally don’t bleed color.

However, for certain fabrics with dark colors (such as black), we recommend that customers pre-wash the lighter-colored garments separately, just in case.

Pure cotton clothing typically shrinks by about 5%, while other fabrics in our area shrink by about 1%.

Ideally, it should be Adobe Illustrator (AI). If AI is not available, we can accept Photoshop, JPEG, PNG, and PDF files.

Yes, we can handle the basic design. However, if the design is too complex, we believe it’s necessary to hire an external graphic designer, and the design fee will need to be quoted separately.
We only accept Pantone Solid Coated C. If customers do not have a Pantone color chart, they are welcome to visit our store and use our Pantone color chart for color matching.

After you enter your text, right-click and then select “Create Outline” (English version).

All orders require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due upon pickup. Deposits are waived for those using the P card (P-card), schools, NGOs, and sports associations, with full payment due within 30 days.
